This course equips students with forms of communication commonly applied in the workplace, community, and other real-life situations, such as business letters, newsletters, how-to instructions, proposals, presentations, spreadsheets, and more. We will learn to use Microsoft/Google applications for documents, presentations, and spreadsheets. Homework time expected: 1-2 hours per week This course is work 0.5 credits. No textbook needed. |

| Course Description |
This course is an Institute for Excellence in Writing (IEW) course; however, it will also introduce students to the basic tools of literary and worldview analysis. Students will learn to write paragraphs and essays on topics from the first three Narnia books, including related history and science topics. As time permits, we may study some of Lewis’ other writings such as his poetry.
