School Year 2025-2026

Heart of Hospitality
Grade Level 7th - 12th
Openings Closed
Day(s) and Time(s) Friday 10:00-10:55
Campus Location Life Christian Academy
Course Description

The Heart of Hospitality is an opportunity to discover the joy of serving others through hospitality. This class is divided into two components: the learning and practicing of cooking skills, and the strengthening of hospitable and compassionate character.

Each week, students will observe and participate in a new cooking skill in the classroom kitchen. This skill will be assigned in a recipe to be practiced and enjoyed at home.

Additionally, we will review and discuss scripture references and other God-honoring publications. These references are intended to focus our hearts on the purpose of hospitality and understand the importance of compassion, service, and welcome towards others.
